Brian
T. Stewart has led a life of service to his
country.
As a U.S. Army Ranger and Special Forces Soldier, he completed multiple combat
tours in Afghanistan and one in Iraq – and several missions in Central and
South America. “I retired as a Sergeant Major after 24 years,” he says, “and
accepted a position as an instructor at the Special Warfare Center, training
all branches of Special Operations for about 12 years.”
During that time, he also became a seasoned real estate investor and landlord.
He understands the military lifestyle and market, the VA loan process and “how
frustrating it can be to move from post to post.”
Now, as an agent for Coldwell
Banker Advantage – the nation’s #1
Coldwell Banker franchise – Brian is eager to help others whether buying or
selling homes. “I want to serve the public as I have served my nation,” he
says.
He is based in the Sanford, N.C. office, not far from Fort Bragg. He knows the
region well, having resided in Cumberland, Sampson, Hoke and Lee counties.
States in which he’s lived include Kentucky, Hawaii, Washington, Georgia, North
Carolina, and Texas.
When not working, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Marsha, at their
home in Carolina Trace. He’s particularly happy when son, Dalton, a
third-generation soldier, is able to be there. “We like to ride motorcycles,
mountain bike, fish and just hand out on the lake,” Brian says.
Faith is also important to Brian, who is a member of Grace Chapel in Sanford.
He is also involved in the Tunnel for Towers Foundation, a nonprofit
organization which has gifted homes to Gold Star families, provided housing to homeless
veterans, and helped support both military-affiliated and first responders in
countless ways.
